Henley Masters would not be able to be the World Class event that it is without our amazing team of volunteers.
Our volunteers fulfil all sorts of vital tasks behind the scenes. These include, marshalling boats on the water, helping with car parking, packed lunch distribution, and raft & crossing point duties. We will match your skills and experience with a suitable volunteer role, all run magnificently by our volunteer co-ordinator.
Many of our volunteers are from rowing backgrounds, however anyone who would like to be involved in helping create a truly exceptional event is welcomed.
You must be 16 years or older at the time of the regatta (with parent/guardian consent under 18). There is no upper age limit.
